Unless
otherwise specified in the product details of the item purchased, all
of our products may be returned
without reason within 15 days of the ship date. Upon receipt and
satisfactory inspection of your products, you will be refunded for the
cost of the product less a standard 20% restocking fee.
All returns require a return
authorization number which may be obtained by emailing sales@profilesupply.com . Please contact us for this number
before shipping any merchandise back. All Returns should be carefully
packed and insured and must be freight prepaid. COD returns will not be
accepted, and any shipping charges related to returns or incured by
Crown-Molding.com in the original order are non-refundable.

Since Pro-Flex Flexible Moldings are custom made to suit individual specifications and profiles, they are not returnable except when an error has been made in the interpretation of the order, or due to unforeseen product quality issues.

Limited Warranty:
Polyurethane and Flexible Moldings: Profile Mouldings (Crown-Molding.com) warrants its products against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of five years from the date of purchase. The purchaser and installer must have inspected each and every part prior to installation. Any defects that could have been discovered by appropriate pre-installation inspection are not covered after installation has occurred. This Limited warranty only covers materials that have been handled and installed utilizing recognized standards within the industry as they would apply and including but not limiting any additional instructions contained within this publication. Profile Mouldings maintains the right to first have any parts covered by warranty inspected while determining in it's own discretion whether or not the parts are defective. Profile Mouldings will repair or replace parts determined by them as defective if returned freight prepaid to Profile Moldings at their manufacturing facility in Surrey British Columbia. Alternative arrangement may be made at the discretion of Profile Moldings for US customers. Profile Mouldings will not be liable for incidental or consequential damages such as, but not limited to, labor, finishing, parts damaged by freight carriers, freight charges, installation, lost profits, lost sales or the like. It is the purchasers' responsibility to ensure that products conform to local building codes.
North Pacific Fiberglass Columns: Crown-Molding.com and North Pacific warrants its fiberglass poles and columns to be free from defects in workmanship and materials for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase when used under conditions acceptable to their design. Liability under this warranty is limited to the replacement or repair of the pole at North Pacific's manufacturing facility. North Pacific assumes no responsibility or accepts any expense for the removal, reinstallation, or freight charges for the return of the product. In no case shall North Pacific be liable for consequential, special, or indirect damages. All sales are subject to the terms and conditions of Crown-Molding.com. |
